Delete your account

You can delete your Condopo account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We provide two paths so you can complete the request without needing to install or reinstall the app.

Path A — Inside the app (fastest)

Open Condopo and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
Tap the settings icon at the top right.
Scroll to Help Center.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE in the confirmation field, and tap Permanently delete account.

Your session ends immediately. Server-side cleanup runs within a few seconds for content (posts, listings, comments, photos) and within thirty (30) days for residual identifiers and audit metadata.

Path B — By email (no app needed)

If you cannot or do not want to use the in-app option, email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@condopo.app with the subject line "Account deletion request". Please include:

The email address tied to your Google or Apple sign-in (so we can locate the account).
The condominium you are or were a member of (helps us locate your account if multiple match).
A confirmation sentence: "I confirm I want my Condopo account and associated data deleted."

We will verify the request matches the registered sign-in identifier and complete deletion within fifteen (15) working days, in line with NPC guidance under RA 10173.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Audit logs of moderation actions (e.g., suspensions, content removals) for up to ninety (90) days, as permitted by NPC guidance for compliance and dispute resolution.
Records we are required to keep under applicable law, tax law, or in response to a lawful order of a Philippine court or regulator.

None of the retained data identifies you to other users; it is sealed for compliance purposes only and is destroyed when its retention period ends.

Premium subscriptions: cancel separately

Deleting your Condopo account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop the auto-renewal you must also cancel from the platform that processes the billing:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Condopo → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Condopo → Cancel.

For refund inquiries on past charges, please use the Apple or Google refund portals listed in our Terms of Service.

If you change your mind

Deletion is permanent and irrecoverable. There is no waiting period to undo a request. If you wish to use Condopo again later, you can sign up from scratch with the same Google or Apple identifier; you will be a new account with no historical data.
