Our team responds during Philippine business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 PHT, excluding national holidays observed in the Republic of the Philippines. Replies outside these hours are best-effort.

Why is my building not in the picker?
The current build covers 429 condominiums across 21 cities in the Philippines. If your tower is not on the list, tap "Can't find your building?" at the bottom of the building picker and submit a request. Our team adds verified buildings on a rolling basis.
My verification was rejected. What now?
Common reasons: photo too dark, unit number visible by mistake (we ask you to crop or hide it for privacy), document expired, or wrong building selected. Tap "Try a different method" to upload a new photo. Each method (key card, HOA receipt, move-in clearance, unit door) is independently valid.
Can I move to a different building?
Yes. The first move within 180 days of your last verification is admin-reviewed (you upload one evidence photo and select one of five reasons). After 180 days, you can self-serve a move from Settings → Account → Building — you will need to verify residency at the new building before regaining full access.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel directly:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Condopo → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Condopo → Cancel.

I think someone is impersonating me or another resident.
Open the offending profile or post, tap ... → Report, choose the most accurate reason, and (optionally) tick "Also block this user." Our moderation team reviews every report. For urgent safety matters please also email dpo@condopo.app.
